LED indicator:
Power on/off: press power button 4 times consecutively (within 2 seconds)
3 LED lights blinking 3 times: Short Circuit

When battery power button is continuously pressed for 10 seconds or more, the protection circuit shuts down power.

3 LED lights also indicate battery life:
3 lights = 100-70% battery life remaining
2 lights = 70-30% battery life remaining
1 light = 30% battery life remaining
1 light blinking 4 times = it's time to charge
