Shipping Policy
We always include the Proof of Age (18+) option with every package.
We use this option for every shipment, so each package will require a signature when it is delivered. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, we will return the package and try to redeliver it later. If we believe that you made a mistake that prevented the delivery (such as wrong address or underage), we may deduct or charge more, even if it is free shipping.
Package costs incurred when packages are returned to the sender due to an inability to identify proof of age will NOT be reimbursed.
We are unable to delete this option, even if your age has already been validated. In compliance with Canadian law, each shipment leaving our facility will need to have its age verified. Only the individual indicated in the "Shipping" fields can pick up the product. The package will NOT be released to another person by the carrier.
We make every effort to process, pack, and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
On weekends and major holidays, if you receive a tracking number, your order has been prepared for shipment, but it will not be handed over to the shipping carrier until the next business day.
For Custom E-liquids, there is a lead time of 1 to 2 business days to process, and they will be delivered or shipped as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we reserve the right to take additional time for processing. We will make every effort to contact you by phone or email only if absolutely necessary.
During checkout, please ensure that you provide your most up-to-date contact information. In the event of unexpected delays or incidents caused by weather, we will notify you via phone or email.
Free shipping is available inside Canada on all orders placed with Digital Imports for CA$99 or CA$149 depending on your province (more info). Please choose the Free shipping option under shipping methods before finalizing your checkout.
We use the shipping method that we have access to at the moment. Certain free shipping choices might not be monitored. Free shipping packages do not come with extra insurance applied to them.
We provide a choice of carriers on the checkout page, and we maintain the right to change at any moment if we think that a different carrier would result in a faster or more affordable delivery for Digital Imports.
Free shipping orders have to come from the same warehouse. We will get in touch with you to arrange a replacement item or to arrange for additional delivery if all of the items in your order are out of stock at one distribution centre and need to be transported from different locations.
If, for any reason (such as incorrect address, unavailability to pick up, or underage), your item is not successfully delivered, we will deduct the shipping costs from the first shipment (even if it was free for you) and the costs for the return shipment that we incurred from the carrier from any possible refund you might be entitled to.
Orders that are shipped to Canada won't have to pay brokerage fees, taxes, or import charges.
We offer free local delivery in Calgary for orders $150 CAD and up. A standard fee of $15 CAD will be applied for orders below minimum purchase.
If you placed an order on or before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, it will be delivered to you the same day.
If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday and selected Local delivery as the shipping method, it will be delivered the next business day.
You can pick up your items from any of our store locations. Please take note of the lead time for every store shown at checkout.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email and a government-issued ID with picture when you come to collect your order.
Most carriers do not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays.
For shipping, we use UPS and Canada Post.
During order processing, tracking numbers are automatically produced when your shipping label is printed. The email address you provide during checkout will thereafter receive an email with the tracking number and the subject "Your order has shipped!"
If you did not receive a tracking number, please check the "spam" folder in your inbox.
You can also get all tracking data immediately by signing into "My Account."
Every package worth CA$100+ are insured.
Order cancellations and modifications are available. As long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet, please get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we'll try our best to accommodate any adjustments. If your order has been delivered, you must return the package to us before you may receive a refund; shipping fees are not refundable.
You can only cancel an order for electronic cigarette liquid (also known as e-juice) if it hasn't been manufactured yet. We are unable to cancel, refund, or credit juice that has already been generated, even if it is still in our facilities, because we normally mix to order.
Returns & Warranty
REGULATED MODS AND REBUILDABLES
Mods and Rebuildables are not intended for beginners. Use at your own risk. These devices carry only a warranty from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of these devices, products in the Mods & ebuildables section of the website are final sale unless mentioned otherwise. Products in the regulated mods section of this category carry a manufacturers warranty. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE. 30 days manufacturer's hardware defect.
ALL OTHER HARDWARE/ACCESSORIES
All other hardware and accessories, due to the nature of the products, are subject to final sales and 30 days manufacture warranty. This includes (but not limited to), rebuildable tank atomizers/clearomizers, build kits, mods, rdas, and chargers. Coils are considered as a consumerables which are final sale. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE. 30 days manufacturer's hardware defect.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. This includes shipments that the shipping courier returns to us after you don't sign for them when they arrive. Only products still SEALED by the manufacturer are eligible for returns. Items that are not returned to us in their original unopened packaging cannot be accepted. Please note that no compensation will be granted and the box will be sent back to you at your cost if products are returned unfinished or not in the same condition as when they were supplied to you.
We use the age verification service on every package we dispatch. This implies that you have to confirm that you are of legal smoking age in your province, state, or nation before the carrier will release the shipment. (If UPS is your preference, UPS mandates that you be 19 years old regardless of where the order is placed.) The products will be returned to us by the carrier if they are unable to verify your age. Final sale products are not returnable once the items are received back. If an item qualifies for a refund, it will be issued less any applicable shipping costs for both the carrier's return shipment to us and the item's delivery to you, plus a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items; you will lose money doing so.
There is no warranty with disposable vaporizers. They are never returnable or exchangeable; they are always final sales. If, within 24 hours of the shipment delivery time, your item comes dead on arrival, you must notify us with a video that includes the original packing.
Kindly contact customer support to submit a claim within 48 hours of receiving your item if we make a mistake in delivering your purchase. The simplest method to start a claim is to send a quick email with an error report to orders@digitalimports.ca. We really regret for any trouble caused and promise to promptly address any fulfillment errors.
Items that were received incorrectly must be sent back to us. We provide you a pre-paid return label so you may ship the product(s) back for a refund. We retain the right to charge the original payment method you used for your purchase for the full cost of the item(s) if we do not receive them within 14 days.
Other than the original credit card that was used to complete your transaction, we are unable to give refunds for any other payment method.
Refunds cannot be given out in the form of checks, cash, or debit cards.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected. An email notice verifying your reimbursement will be sent to you.
Please take up to one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your statement, depending on the bank that issued your card.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we, where appropriate, offer store credit in the form of reward points for the amount of the returned product or products.
Atomizer tanks, rebuildable atomizers (unless Dead-On-Arrival), mods without any electrical parts, battery cells, replacement parts, disposable vape pens, accessories, and electronic cigarette liquids are also not returnable.
Accidents and user errors, such as overtightening atomizers, stripping threads, broken glass, physical damage, dropping products, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, disregarding usage instructions provided by the manufacturer, and any misuse of mechanical or electronic products, are not covered by our 14-day return policy.
