At Digital Imports we got you covered! We do carry 30 day manufacturer defect warranty.
Our warranty does not cover misuse, neglect of use, water or physical damage. Proof of Purchase is required to start a warranty claim.
To request for a refund or warranty replacement, please email us to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
Items that are defective upon arrival and are covered under warranty are eligible for an exchange for the exact model and colour of the device. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer actively being stocked. No refunds will apply.
If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
Due to the nature of the product, E-Liquids purchased on our site are final sale and will not be applicable for any return or an exchange.
Items received showing cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, issues with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA), and any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery!
Clearance and final sale items do not apply for refunds or exchanges.
If you do decide to return or exchange a product and originally received free shipping, you are responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately consumables products are FINAL SALE that includes E-Liquids/Juices, Disposable Vapes/Devices, Batteries, and Coils.
A 25% return processing fee may be applied if:
- Returns are opened and/or non-defective.
- Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- Defect reason is not present upon return evaluation or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Refused Orders:
If either the customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, the cost of shipping is non refundable. If your order received free shipping, our cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds may only be issued back to the original payment (credit card, debit card or Email Money Transfer). Digital Imports is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
Products NOT covered under Warranty:
- E-Liquids/Juice, including disposable vapes
- Batteries
- Coils
- Stripped or Damaged Threads
- Drip tips (for sanitary reasons)
- Rebuildable Atomizers
Situations NOT covered under Warranty;
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repair.
- Failure or damage caused by excessive force such as dropping or abuse.
- Failure or damage caused by use which is unintended for the operation of the product.
- Failure or damage caused by liquid or fire damage, including leaking e-juice.
- Cosmetic damage with no impact on the function and operation of the device.
- Modifications made to the device automatically voids warranty.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
- Items that exceed our 30 day warranty period.
If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact us at orders@digitalimports.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will assist to the best of our abilities.
